1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Exceptions: "Final Sale" items or customized products are not eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping & Costs Guidelines

Return Address: All authorized returns must be shipped directly to our designated facility at 142 Lyric RD, Bandy, VA 24602-4064, United States. We do not accept returns shipped without prior authorization or sent to any other address.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 / 0%) on all returned products.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Urbanweft will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
  • For customer remorse (change of mind, wrong size/color selected): The return shipping logistics, costs, and fees remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  • Once the item is inspected at our facility, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Packaging: Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged due to improper packaging during the return process.
